The CWD management permit application is a four-step process. First, enter the landowner ID provided to you by MDC staff. Second, review the contact information we have on file for you and update if necessary. Third, enter each individual's Conservation ID and the number of permits they should receive. Finally, read and verify you understand the application process before submitting your application.

You will need to know the Conservation ID and birthday of every person included in the application. Be sure you get this information from each user you want to receive CWD management permits.

NOTE: Your application will take approximately 2 weeks to review and process. You will be notified when your application has been approved and are ready to secure your CWD management permits.
Landowner Lookup
You should have received a landowner ID from MDC staff. You will need that to start the application process.
