St. Joseph, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) has cancelled an Arbor Day event scheduled for Thursday, April 23, at St. Joseph. The cancellation is due to public health concerns about COVID-19 virus. This event was to be held at MDC’s Northwest Regional Office.
