Blue Ribbon Trout Slam Entry Form

Trout of any size caught after January 1, 2020 will qualify for a Blue Ribbon Trout Slam.
Fish must be caught by legal methods conforming to provision of the Missouri Wildlife Code.
Awards will be distributed to first time achievers of the bronze, silver, and gold levels.
Submit all your catches, not just the final catch that earns an achievement

Note: Angler information is shared with Trout Unlimited.

Achievement levels

Bronze: Catch a trout from 5 of the 9 Blue Ribbon Trout Areas.
Silver: Catch a trout from 7 of the 9 Blue Ribbon Trout Areas.
Gold: Catch a trout from all 9 Blue Ribbon Trout Areas.
