3CSR 10-12 109 Closed Hours
This area is closed to public use from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m daily; however, hunting fishing, trapping, dog training, camping, launching and landing boats is allowed 24 hours a day on areas where these activities are permitted.
3CSR 10-12 110 Use of Boats and Motors

On Springfield City Utilities (Fellows Lake): (A) Boats are permitted but must be launched at the ramp or hand launched at the designated blind site daily and removed from the lake by sunset daily. (B) Outboard motors not in excess of forty (40) horsepower may be used.

Fishing is prohibited on some areas managed under a cooperative agreement with the Department, but allowed on others. Special regulations may apply to fishing. To determine the fishing regulations for this area, consult the Missouri Code of State Regulations in Chapter 12 of the Wildlife Code.
