To pursue, take, possess, and transport one (1) deer of either sex from qualifying land statewide during the firearms deer hunting season, by nonresident landowners as defined in this Code. Fee: [one hundred ninety-five dollars ($195.00)]two hundred three dollars and fifty cents ($203.50).
PUBLIC ENTITY COST: This proposed amendment will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
PRIVATE ENTITY COST: This proposed amendment will cost private entities an estimated seven thousand three hundred ninety-five dollars ($7,395) annually in the aggregate.
NOTICE TO SUBMIT COMMENTS: Anyone may file a statement in support of or in opposition to this proposed amendment with Regulations Committee Chairman, Department of Conservation, P.O. Box 180, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0180, or via the department’s website at https://short.mdc.mo.gov/Z49.
