3 CSR 10-12.130: Fishing, General Provisions and Seasons

Purpose

This rule establishes where and when fishing is allowed on areas under management agreement with the department.

Summary:

This amendment changes the name of the Liberty (Fountain Bluff Park) to Liberty (Capitol Federal® Sports Complex).

Proposed Amendment

(4)  Fishing is restricted to persons fifteen (15) years of age or younger on the following areas or individually named lakes:

  (A)  Liberty ([Fountain Bluff Park]Capitol Federal® Sports Complex Pond No. 8).

PUBLIC COST: This proposed amendment will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.

 

PRIVATE COST: This proposed amendment will not cost private entities more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
