3 CSR 10-11.200: Fishing, General Provisions and Seasons

Purpose

This rule establishes provisions for fishing on department areas.

Summary:

This amendment clarifies methods by which citizens will be notified where fishing is restricted on department areas.

Proposed Amendment

(1) Fishing is permitted on department areas, except as further restricted by signs, area [brochures]maps, or this chapter. Statewide permits, seasons, methods, and limits apply unless otherwise provided in this chapter.

PUBLIC COST: This proposed amendment will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.

 

PRIVATE COST: This proposed amendment will not cost private entities more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
