SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The forecast of bad weather has forced the rescheduling of the purple martin program that had been planned for March 2 at the Missouri Department of Conservation's (MDC) Springfield Conservation Nature Center. The purple martin program has been rescheduled for 1-2:30 p.m. on March 9.
Also, the bird banding program that was scheduled to be held this Sunday (March 3) at the Springfield Conservation Nature Center has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
