Kansas City, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC), KCPT public television, and the PNC Grow Up Great program, will host a free event focused on being a caring neighbor to people and nature 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Anita B.
