KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) public offices in Clinton and El Dorado Springs are closed on Wednesday, Feb. 19 due to hazardous travel conditions in the area.
Phone lines and internet access are down at the Clinton office.
All other MDC offices in the Kansas City region will remain open.
