MDC invites new hunters to hunter education skills session in Columbia
COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will hold a hunter education skills session in Columbia from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. on July 19 at the MDC Central Regional Office, 3500 E. Gans Road.
The hunter education skills session fulfills the second half of the hunter-education certification process. To attend this class, students must first complete the Missouri hunter education online course, or the chapter review questions inside the Missouri hunter education student manual. Students need to bring the online completion certificate or completed student manual to enter the class. Students must be at least 11 years old by July 19, 2017. Registrants 16-years old and younger must present a birth certificate, or other proof of age to attend the course.
