KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — Do you like to make handmade holiday gifts for friends and family? Join the Missouri Department of Conservation’s (MDC) Northeast Regional Office in Kirksville for the annual holiday nature crafting event from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5. The event is free, but pre-registration is encouraged.
Just in time for the holidays, items to be made include ornaments, decorations and bird feeders.
“All materials and supplies will be provided to help you create a special gift made from natural items for a family member or a feathered friend,” said MDC Education Consultant Karen Armstrong.
