KIRKSVILLE, Mo.—Do you love making handmade gifts for friends and family? Join the Missouri Department of Conservation's (MDC) Northeast Regional Office in Kirksville for the annual holiday nature crafting from 6 to 8 p.m. on December 2. The event is free, but pre-registration is required by December 1.
Just in time for the holidays, items to be made include ornaments, decorations and bird feeders.
"All materials and supplies will be provided to help you create a special gift made from natural items for a family member or a feathered friend," said MDC Education Consultant Karen Armstrong.
The Northeast Regional Office is located just south of Kirksville on Highway 63.
