SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Flooding from this past weekend coupled with additional rainfall predicted for the middle of the week has forced the postponement of the Kids' Fishing Day events scheduled for this Saturday (May 6) at Bennett Spring and Montauk state parks. Bennett Spring has rescheduled its Kids' Fishing Day event for June 10, Montauk's event will be Aug. 12.
