SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Dismiss thoughts of cabin fever with a lovely candlelit walk in Springfield.
The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will host a Candlelit Woods Walk from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Jan. 23 at Springfield Conservation Nature Center.
Participants may pick up a hot beverage at the nature center before enjoying a walk along the Boardwalk Trail, which will be lit by luminaries. Bring a flashlight and dress for the weather. The event is open to all ages. No registration required.
