St. Charles Mo — The rifle and pistol range at the August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area will be closed from Monday, Aug. 23 through Thursday, Sept. 2 for repairs. However, the trap and skeet ranges will continue to be open for public use on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 28 and 29. The rifle and pistol range will be open for use again on Friday, Sept. 3.
The work will include backstop improvements to prevent mud from spilling over onto the concrete floor down range after a heavy rain.
