Join us for a leisurely two-hour guided hike through the beautiful woods of Swope Park Trails – Wudchuk Run Trailhead as we explore the fascinating world of trees and forest ecology. Along the trail, you'll learn how to identify common native tree species using leaves, bark, buds, and overall form while discovering how these trees interact with the plants, wildlife, fungi, and soils that make up a healthy forest ecosystem.
