Trees & Vines of Fall Color: virtual

A little tree id in the Ozarks. We will cover the details of two colorful vines and eight trees typical along an Ozark Trail in Southwest Missouri.
A great introduction to students of all ages whether homeschooled, scout leaders for ideas or beginning naturalists. Questions will be discussed in a chat box fashion. Join Conservation Educator Jeff Cantrell for a naturalist look at just a few things that make the Ozarks great!

Bears are Elementary
We will look at bears and their way of life in the Ozarks. This virtual class is geared for homeschool, third and fourth grade classes utilizing the DNS Nature Unleashed student books. Examples in Southwest Missouri will be featured, students have your Nature Unleashed books handy. Educators go to the website’s teacher portal to order free school materials.

Virtual Program: This clinic gives families an opportunity to learn about the skills necessary to hunt Rabbits. Topics include safety, rules and regulations, hunting methods, hunting techniques, as well as how to care and process for harvested game.

Online Virtual Program: Are your children interested in shooting, but you need help getting started? Air rifle is one of the safest ways to start the youth off in shooting safely. We will cover the basic safety of a firearm, fundamentals of shooting and other youth programs available. This will be a fun and safe way for children and their parents to learn and enjoy shooting together.
