Doran named new Conservation Agent for Perry County

PERRY COUNTY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) has named Christopher Doran as the new Conservation Agent for Perry County. Doran was the Howard County Conservation Agent for the past seven years.

A Southeast Missouri native, Doran graduated high school from Poplar Bluff in 2000 and received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Southeast Missouri State University in 2004 and a master’s degree in criminal justice from University of Central Missouri in 2014.  

Conservation agents are licensed peace officers of the State of Missouri who are charged with enforcing the rules of the Wildlife Code of Missouri and other state and federal laws according to the Constitution of Missouri and various statutes.
