Your one-stop-shop for planning an outdoor adventure. Search for “things to do.”

After a year of feeling cooped up, it’s time to pack up the family and hit the open road. In a first-of-its-kind, cross-over event, Missouri Conservationist is sharing this summer of adventure with our sister publication for kids, Xplor, to help families plan that outdoor adventure and begin making a lifetime of memories. Using the classic “pick-an-adventure” format and the many planning resources available from MDC, parents and kids — or adults without children — can sample the variety of outdoor opportunities available at MDC’s more than 1,000 conservation areas. The story that follows can also be found in the July/August issue of Xplor.
Regardless of which version of the story you use, you can sit down with your kids — or grandkids — and start planning that adventure of a lifetime.
