Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator Report

Indicates required field

In lieu of daily reporting requirements, Nuisance Wildlife Control Operators (persons and/or businesses who kill, capture, transport, or release damage-causing wildlife for profit) may report annually if authorized by the Department (Missouri Wildlife Code, 3 CSR 10-4.130). Initial authorization may occur at any time. Annual authorization in successive years shall occur on or after January 1, but prior to March 1. Failure to comply with reporting requirements may be considered a violation of the Wildlife Code. Wildlife captured or killed shall be disposed of only in accordance with the instructions of an agent of the department.

This authorization does not allow the capture or killing of white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, turkeys, black bears, mountain lions, and any endangered species. The capture or killing of migratory birds (including raptors) is subject to federal regulations.

Select the name of the business, group, or person already in the system. If you do not find your organization, or your company's contact information has changed, then fill out a nuisance wildlife operator details form. It will take one business day for the new or updated business name to reflect on this form.
