Additional Information: A city user permit is required. Permits may be purchased at Odessa City Hall, Odessa Police Station, the Whistle Stop Gas Station, and Odessa Gun and Pawn Shop.

In addition, this area includes a privy, boat ramp and dock, a pavilion and picnic areas.
