3 CSR 10- 9.352: Class III Wildlife Breeder Permit

Purpose

This rule establishes a Class III Wildlife Breeder Permit for breeders holding Class III wildlife that is required to be permitted and establishes the permit exemptions.

Summary:

This amendment increases the fee for a Class III Wildlife Breeder Permit to reflect a more current cost adjustment based on changes in the Consumer Price Index.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT

(1)  To exercise the privileges of a Class III wildlife breeder. Fee: [fifty dollars ($50)]fifty-four dollars ($54).

PUBLIC ENTITY COST: This proposed amendment will not cost state agencies or political subdivisions more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the aggregate.
