Crystal Lake

This 90-acre lake is located in Ray County and is owned and maintained by the city of Crystal Lakes. Construction of the dam began in 1969 and is in an area that was previously a limestone quarry. The fishery is managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation through a Community Assistance Program agreement with the city of Crystal Lakes. Crystal Lake provides fishing opportunity for largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, channel catfish, and flathead catfish. Channel catfish are stocked periodically by the Conservation Department.
