This free program is part of the Department of Conservation’s “Discover Nature – Women” program, an ongoing series of seminars designed to get women more active in the outdoors.

Topics covered in this seminar will include archery safety, parts of the bow, correct stances and shooting techniques. Since the seminar will be outdoors, participants are reminded they need to dress for the weather.

Pre-registration is required. To pre-register, call the Missouri Department of Conservation’s Joplin Office, 417-629-3423.
