Duck Creek Renovation

Duck Creek is one of the oldest managed wetland areas that has a long history in providing waterfowl habitat and hunting opportunity. It also provides excellent fishing opportunity in Pool 1.

Over the last 50 years we've learned a lot about wetland systems and how plants and animals respond to certain conditions. Public use has benefited from the management of these natural resources. The Duck Creek renovation effort will ensure that these opportunities and benefits can be sustained in the future.
