EPA Watershed and Wetlands - This site, created and maintained by the federal Environmental Protection Agency, is a good starting point for information about watersheds and water quality.

Funding Sources for Watershed Conservation - This site contains a comprehensive listing of private and public sources of watershed project funding, with links to many individual sites and references to many useful publications.
