Quick Draw ProceduresA new electronic drawing system is being piloted in 2010 to allocate eighty 80 percent of the available hunting opportunity on Eagle Bluffs, Grand Pass, and Otter Slough conservation areas. Missouri residents may register during two random drawings each week.
Drawing ProceduresOn 12 areas managed intensively for waterfowl, a statewide system is used to allocate the available hunting opportunity—half as reservations for Missouri residents chosen through random drawing, and half to walk-in (also known as “poor line”) hunters who sign a waiting list upon arrival.
