- Swan Lake NWR (2,500 acres; Chariton Co.) 660-856-3323. Goose hunting only on a “first come, first served” basis in designated areas. Field hunting; goose pits; water blinds; one ADA blind; 1 p.m. closure. Hunt is administered by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
