    Emerald ash borer (EAB), Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire, is an exotic beetle from Asia that kills ash trees. As of 2012, Missouri’s only known EAB infestation is in the campground at the Wappapello Lake Greenville Recreational Area in Wayne County, Mo.
