Crappie Time!
Crappie are in season all year, but fishing for them peaks in April, when crappie
often can be found near the banks of the state's reservoirs. Anglers can take
fish from shore or from a boat. Rig up with a small jig or a minnow suspended
from a bobber. Crappie usually cluster together, so keep searching until you
find fish.
