Dennis McSpadden of Van Buren Missouri is joined by his granddaughter Madeline at This year's Heritage Day at Twin Pines conservation Education Center where they served up more than 500 catfish lunches.  Funded by the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation, Dennis is assisted by Tommy Smotherman, Twin Pines volunteers and the Forest Service Mingo Job Corp.
