Work in Progress: Ditch 111/1 Structure

Sep 03, 2010

Although things have been quite wet elsewhere in the state, thankfully the rain clouds haven’t dumped on Duck Creek. This has allowed the contractors to make progress with installing the new structure. In the past two weeks the site was cleaned out and prepped for the concrete work. Today the concrete pad was poured. This was crucial to get in while the weather remained dry. In the coming weeks the two walls will be installed, followed by the gate. If work continues to run smoothly, as it should, the structure should be complete during the first part of October.

Have a great Labor Day weekend.
