TENTATIVE AGENDA

The following items will be on the agenda when the Regulations Committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, in the Auditorium at Department Headquarters:

  • 8:30 a.m. Ms. Wallis Warren, Ozark Fly Fishers

Purpose: To propose establishment of a “gold ribbon”, catch-and-release area on Mill Creek in Phelps County.

  • Crayfish Stakeholder Meeting Update – Mike Kruse/Resource Science Division
  • 9:30 a.m. Ms. Eunice Bain, Paul’s Bait & Tackle

Purpose: To discuss recent Wildlife Code changes regarding sale of live crayfish for bait.

  • 9:50 a.m. Mr. Larry Cleveland, Ozark Fisheries, Inc.

Purpose: To discuss recent Wildlife Code changes regarding sale of live crayfish for bait.

  • 10:10 a.m. Mr. Marvin Emerson, Crystal Lake Fisheries

Purpose: To discuss recent Wildlife Code changes regarding sale of live crayfish for bait.

  • 10:30 a.m. Mr. Kelly Smith, Missouri Farm Bureau

Purpose: To discuss recent Wildlife Code changes regarding sale of live crayfish for bait.

  • Other business, if any.
