Regulations Committee Agenda

The following items will be on the agenda when the Regulations Committee meets at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2012, in the Auditorium at Department Headquarters:

   Begin the annual word-by-word review of the Wildlife Code of Missouri, considering possible changes to become effective in 2013.
2.  Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from: Protection Division
3.  Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from: Forestry Division
4.  Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from: Wildlife Division
5.  Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from: Resource Science Division
6.  Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from: Fisheries Division

The following items will be on the agenda when the Regulations Committee meets at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17, 2012, in the Auditorium at Department Headquarters:

1. 9:00 a.m.       Mr. Randy Welpman, Missouri Goldfish Hatchery Association Purpose:  To discuss recent changes to the Wildlife Code pertaining to the sale of live crayfish.
2. Comments from field personnel (Central Region), if any.
   Continuation of the annual word-by-word review of the Wildlife Code of Missouri, considering possible changes to become effective in 2013.
3. Consideration of remaining proposals and additional division-related discussion items, if any.
4. Other business, if any.
