Finding your Conservation Number
Your Conservation number (sometimes referred to as your hunter ID number) is a nine-digit number used to track your permits. You should only have one Conservation number (in other words, it should be the same number listed on your Heritage Card, fishing permits or hunting permits).
- It is not the same as your Hunter Education number.
- It is not the same as your Heritage Card number.
