Regulations Committee Agenda

The following items will be on the agenda when the Regulations Committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015, in the Auditorium at Department Headquarters:

    Purpose:  To discuss the future of archery in Missouri.
  2. 8:45 a.m Mr. Jeff Blystone, Missouri Bow Hunters Association
    Purpose: To express concern regarding a proposal to include crossbows as an approved method for use during the archery deer season.
  3. 8:55 a.m. Mr. Robert Brundage
    Purpose: To discuss a proposal to include crossbows as an approved method for use during the archery deer season.
  4. 9:05 a.m.  Mr. Butch Herold
    Purpose: To discuss a proposal to include crossbows as an approved method for use during the archery deer season.
  5. 9:15 a.m. Mr. Mike Shallon
    Purpose: To discuss a proposal to reduce the bag limit for antlered deer and include crossbows as an approved method for use during the archery deer season.
  6. 9:25 a.m. Mr. Darren Haverstick
    Purpose:  To discuss a proposal to include crossbows as an approved method for use during the archery deer season.
  7. Consideration of recommendations to amend rules pertaining to all portions of the 2016-2017 deer hunting season – Jason Sumners/Resource Science Division.
    Begin the mid-year review of the Wildlife Code of Missouri, considering possible changes to become effective in 2016.
  8. Comments from field personnel, if any.
  9. Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from Wildlife Division.
  10. Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from Fisheries Division.
  11. Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from Forestry Division.
  12. Consideration of proposals and additional division-related discussion items from Administration.
