    Purpose: To discuss deer herd dynamics and harvest aging, the antlerless population, and science-based regulations.
  • 9:05 a.m. Mr. Doug Wallace, Rocheport
    Purpose: To discuss deer management and unlimited permits.
  • 9:10 a.m. Mr. Dan Vogt, Centralia
    Purpose: To discuss feedback received from membership of Whitetail Unlimited regarding Missouri’s antlerless deer population.
  • 9:15 a.m. Mr. David Westmoreland, Rocheport
    Purpose: To discuss a “white paper” on Missouri’s declining deer population.
  • 9:20 a.m. Mr. Anthony Lopez, Columbia
    Purpose: To discuss fees associated with resident and nonresident deer hunting permits.
  • Report from the Urban Deer Task Force – Deb Burns/Wildlife Division
  • Consideration of a recommendation to amend rules pertaining to season dates and limits for all portions of the 2013-2014 deer hunting season – Jason Sumners/Resource Science Division.
  • Consideration of a recommendation to amend rules pertaining to season dates and limits for all portions of the 2013 Early Migratory Bird seasons – Doreen Mengel/Resource Science Division.
  • Other business, if any.
